Even though we thought we would have tons of pizza to take home, we almost ate every bit. Topped with spicy sausage, Garlic ricotta and diced tomatoes made this the perfect pizza. We ended up ordering the Hot n’ Crumbled Pizza. Our waitress told us to only order one pizza for sharing because they were made for sharing, especially after having 2 appetizers. When it came time to order our pizza, it was hard to just choose one. My husband and I shared this salad and we were able to take more than half of it home. The salad also included green onion, avocado, tomatoes, goat cheese, crispy bacon and tossed in a shallot red wine vinaigrette. Since I love salads, I wanted to give their Texas Bibb a try, the hearts of palm addition is what sold me. The Fondue was good, but tasted almost tasted exactly like cheese pizza after spreading it on the flat bread that it was served with. I arrived hungry and knew instantly that I wanted to try the Fireside Fondue. We were seated and attended to immediately. It was about what I would expect for the middle of the week. When we arrived, there was no wait and a hand full of people there. My husband and I dined on a Wednesday night around 6pm. I hadn’t visited the Henderson location in a while, so I visited to see if they were still as good as I remember.
